OUT OF THE BLACK - You can get out of depression
Mental health tested by the available territorial resources
According to a WHO estimate, depression affects 5% of the adult population globally, a phenomenon made even more alarming by the Covid pandemic. In Italy it affects 3.5 million people, half of whom do not receive a correct diagnosis, while only a third of those affected receive adequate treatment. This round table, promoted by the "The Bridge" foundation, deals with the characteristics of the pathology, defines the profiles of patients who are affected by it and highlights the conditions - both in terms of organization and available resources - in which specialist and territorial structures are called to act.
