Hip osteoarthritis:- endorsements and nw approaches

The osteoarthritis of the hip is today mainly treated with protheses which, thanks to  new materials and minimally invasive techniques, are well accepted by the patients. However, in some Orthopaedic Centres of Excellence, the new trend is to do "maintenance" thanks to the artrhoscopic technique  which help to delay the time when the total hip replacement will be needed.
