The IBSA Satellite Symposium held in Dubrovnik, during the EFIC 2016 Congress, focused on the novelties in GAGs therapy, in particular on chondroitin sulfate (CS) and hyaluronic acid (HA). In the session, chaired by Dr. Chris Wells, new clinical data for CS and the “Hybrid Cooperative Complexes” (NAHYCO™), the new generation of intra-articular HA, have been presented and discussed.
